ORDER AND CHANGES

How can I buy?

With a quick registration you will immediately have your cart available to purchase.

If you have problems with registration or with the order, write to info@japanprimavera.com and we will provide you with all the necessary information.

Can I view my order after it has been sent?

You will always be able to consult your order in the appropriate section within your account. 

Can I add to an order in progress? 

Unfortunately not, if you want other products in addition to those already ordered you will have to place a new order.

If the first order has not yet started and for convenience you wish to receive the previous and the new order together, let us know in the order notes and we will do everything possible to make them start together.

PAYMENT METHODS

What payment methods do you accept?

Paypal, all major credit cards (secure transaction), bank transfer and payment on delivery with a cash on delivery cost of € 4.5.

SHIPPING FEES

How much is shipping?

Italy:

the shipping cost: is € 6.99 for orders up to € 50, for orders over € 50 the shipping cost is € 4.99.

For orders over 100 € shipping is free.

Possible collection without shipping costs at our store in Via Papirio Picedi n.30, 19125 La Spezia SP.

European Union:

the shipping cost is 15 € for all orders

Switzerland:

the shipping cost is € 20 any customs charges will be charged to the recipient.

TIMES AND METHODS OF DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are generally delivered within 2 working days. There may be slightly longer times for delivery to areas not served daily by couriers.

We will send you an email with the shipment details as soon as your order has been sent, and with those you can monitor the status of the shipment.

We always recommend that you consider making purchases for pre-Christmas delivery with a minimum of advance, because in the periods leading up to Christmas and other holidays the delivery times of couriers may vary due to the high amount of shipments in transit.

Who will deliver the order to me?

Delivery will be by express courier.

www.japanprimavera.com will deliver the order placed by you in the hands of an express courier, who will deliver them to the address indicated by you.

If you wish to enter a note for the courier (timetables, delivery to the concierge, etc.) fill in the  appropriate field when placing the order. Please note that couriers need at least 3 consecutive hours of availability to make the delivery (i.e. you cannot ask them to pass, for example, between 9 and 10 in the morning, but between 9 and 12).

BILLING REQUEST

Can I buy with a VAT number?

Of course, when registering, enter all the billing information and you will receive the invoice by email.

PROBLEMS AND RETURNS

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

What should I do if the goods I have ordered arrive damaged?

If the goods are delivered to you damaged contact us as soon as possible by email - indicate the order number and attach images of the packaging and the damaged goods.

If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, accept the goods WITH RESERVE - do not refuse delivery by the courier, the refusal of a delivery only generates unnecessary delays. If the product you ordered turns out to be damaged, contact us by email within 5 working days, indicating the order number and attaching images of the packaging and  the damaged goods.

We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm receipt of the complaint and will take action to replace it.

If necessary we will ask you to pack the damaged goods using the original packaging and we will arrange with you the passage of a courier who will return them to us.

What should I do if the product received does not correspond to my order?

At www.japanprimavera.com we pay the utmost attention to the quality of the products shipped, but an error can always happen - if for any reason you have received a different product than the one ordered or if the size is not what you requested, send us an email at info @ japanprimavera.com remembering to specify the order number. We will take immediate action to get you a replacement product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

What is it and how can I exercise the right of withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal is the right of a consumer to decide to return an item to the seller without giving any reasons. If you are a consumer, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the delivery of a product purchased via the internet.

The return of the goods to the seller is at the expense of the consumer. Remember that the product must be packed in its original packaging, or in any case in suitable packaging, in order to return to our warehouses in perfect condition.
