A Torii is the classic gateway to Japanese sacred places, usually painted in red color.
Traditional Torii were made of wood or Stone. In the Shinto religion,
the passage under the Torii is considered a form of purification before entering
temples or sacred places, while according to popular beliefs,
the passage under the Torii brings luck and prosperity.
This Torii is made of wood and has some beautiful around it fabric maple leaves.
